Matthew 5:13
Let me tell you why you are here. You are to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You've lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.
Read the WHOLE thing don't skip the disclaimer at the end. Let me know what you think too. Dan Kimball is awesome.

Whoa. That's good.
"But now we get involved with more realistic expectations of what church is and understand the leaders are just like us, trying their best to serve Jesus. We become happy again with a balanced life and imperfect church family all serving on a mission together."
Unity. Unity in purpose. Not perfection in individuals. But unity to grow and learn together towards the same purpose. Good stuff.
Have to say, I got pretty far up the list there myself, but the whole article put it in perspective. Thanks for sharing man. Its a good reality check for any one at any "level" on the list.

Wuz up.
Most of this is caused by "I" trouble.
I want what I want when I want it where I want it how I want it and I want it NOW. And if the church does not "provide" it for ME, I'm outta here.
Oh that we could learn that church is not about us, it is about HIM.
